Quality Inspection System

Kaifeng Gaoda Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. has established a full‑process, closed‑loop quality inspection and control system, supported by an independent, standardized refractory materials testing laboratory, and has obtained ISO 9001 certification. The comprehensive quality‑inspection chain is divided into four key stages: incoming raw‑material inspection, in‑process sampling of semi‑finished products, full‑range physicochemical analysis of finished goods, and a second verification prior to shipment.

Raw materials entering the factory undergo item-by-item analysis of chemical composition and refractoriness; any non‑conforming materials are excluded from production. During the manufacturing process, semi‑finished products from each batch are subject to scheduled, quantitative sampling inspections. Finished products undergo a comprehensive suite of physicochemical tests, meeting national standard GB and complying with ISO 9001, with official test reports provided. Prior to shipment, each batch is subjected to a second round of random sampling and re‑inspection, ensuring consistent, high‑quality export products across the board.
