Product Description
White Fused Alumina produced by Kaifeng Gaoda Refractories Co., Ltd. is produced by fusing industrial alumina in an electric arc furnace at high temperature as raw material at high temperatures in electric arc furnaces. This product possesses excellent characteristics including high purity, white color, low porosity, low magnetic material content and high bulk density. With content higher than 99%, it is the basic raw material for making high-temperature corundum, corundum-mullite refractories. It is used in monolithic refractories such as castables for large ladles, castables for iron runners and corundum products including various refractory products such as corundum bricks, lances and nozzles. This product is widely used in abrasives and abrasive tools, iron and steel, metallurgical continuous casting, petrochemical and other industries.

What is the regular packaging for products?

Regular packaging is available in 1-ton jumbo bags or 25kg small bags. Customized packaging and LOGO printing are supported.

How to select reactive alumina micropowder?
A
Our reactive alumina micropowder is available in three grades including GD370, Type A, Type B as classified by varying fineness degree. Grades can be selected according to usage requirement.

What are the differences among different grades of fused calcium aluminate cement?
A
Cement grades are classified by alumina content and are AL-71, AL-75, AL-80, AL-85 and AL-90. Appropriate grades can be selected according to operating conditions.

Besides reactive alumina micropowder and fused calcium aluminate cement, what other refractory products are available? Can technical support be provided?
