Fused Alumina-Magnesia Spinel produced by Kaifeng Gaoda Refractories Co., Ltd. is a refractory raw material made by smelting high-purity magnesia and calcined alumina as raw materials in high-temperature electric arc furnaces. This product possesses superior properties including low impurity content, well-developed crystal structure and lustre, high bulk density, strong spalling resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance stability. It is widely used in rotary cement kilns, electric furnace roofs, steel ladles, metallurgical and other industries. It is a high-quality refractory raw material for making refractory products such as ladle purging plugs, ladle linings, slag dams and nozzles. The company's Fused Alumina-Magnesia Spinel is graded by its AL2O3 content, and includes AM-75 and AM-90 spinel. Products of different grades can be processed into particles, fine powder and micro powder of various particle sizes according to customer requirements.

What is the regular packaging for products?

Regular packaging is available in 1-ton jumbo bags or 25kg small bags. Customized packaging and LOGO printing are supported.

How to select reactive alumina micropowder?
A
Our reactive alumina micropowder is available in three grades including GD370, Type A, Type B as classified by varying fineness degree. Grades can be selected according to usage requirement.

What are the differences among different grades of fused calcium aluminate cement?
A
Cement grades are classified by alumina content and are AL-71, AL-75, AL-80, AL-85 and AL-90. Appropriate grades can be selected according to operating conditions.
